How We Work?
1. Submit Your Project Request
You can submit your project request, be it for website building or graphic designing, by providing us with a sample website/image to get started with the design. You can also provide additional creative direction to us during this stage.
2. Review and Modify
We design and deliver a first draft to ensure we are going in the right direction. You can evaluate our design and provide your feedback. We will modify the design until it's perfect, according to you.
3. Project Completion and Ownership
Once we complete your design, everything belongs to you. We will provide you with all the source files, ensuring you have 100% ownership of your website/design.
Frequently Ask Questions
When you purchase our Standard Package of $699/month, you get 1 dedicated
designer and 1 dedicated account manager to work on your design projects. Here, you can also
improvise the designs or any deliverable with unlimited revisions on your projects, though the
projects (design and development) will be queued one item at a time.
Your projects will be queued for production on a ticketing system in our standard
package. You also get an opportunity for unlimited revisions per project. Once a project
is done and finalized, you can immediately request another one.
Not at all! We can perform unlimited revisions on any given project until you say it’s
PERFECT!
We usually deliver in 24 to 48 hours – 5 days/week. However, some development projects
are more time-consuming, but you will be notified regarding your exact delivery time.
You will be given an account manager, a developer and a designer based on your
preference. We work from our office based in India, so whenever you assign us any task, our
team will start working on it immediately.
If you want to discontinue our services, you can let your account manager know your
decision, and we will process it right away. We won’t charge you any pro-rated billings or ask for
refunds. However, the end date of the engagement will be the last paid date according to your
contract.
We bill our clients monthly for our Standard Package. However, for our dedicated
designer/developer and custom enterprise clients, we bill biweekly (every 15th and 30th of the
month).
